The vote was 7-2! All 9 people are in a union now! Seriously? All 9? Unbelievable. I wonder how they'll feel after a years worth of union dues have been paid and no work place improvements have occurred.
In Georgia, the union has no power to do anything except take money and pretend to be relevant.

When I was in the Steel Workers Union, we had a vote at the hall to either except the raise or to go on strike. We voted and the majority took the raise. I remember the union b.a. told us to never reveal how much the vote was to our supervisors at work. He said to just say it was close , but never reveal the real number of the votes. He said they like to cause trouble by weeding out who they could flip to their side.

I remember the union b.a. told us to never reveal how much the vote was to our supervisors at work. He said to just say it was close , but never reveal the real number of the votes. He said they like to cause trouble by weeding out who they could flip to their side. In my younger years, I was in a retail clerk union. The union voted to reject the contract, but voted not to strike... or so they said. We were left in limbo. No cotract... and still working under the same conditions. Around the same time the union caved on one Hormel plant's year long strike. It was about to syncronize with other plants going on strike all across the U.S. It was going to cripple the company and force them to make concession. With the unionncaving inat the worst time, the company won.
Seeing the union enlist a bunch of people in the 90's using complete lies was the last straw for me. Again though, they have more leverage up north.

Watch "IMAGE UNION Down in Flames? More Comic Pros being complete d***s! LIVE!" on YouTube I was too bored to continue watching it. I agreed with his stance on unions. Office workers are disposable. Therefore, zero leverage.
