GAMERATI AUCTIONING 'EVIL DEAD 2' MERCH

Gamerati, a logistics and marketing company located in Lakewood, Washington, announced an auction of Evil Dead 2 comic and board game merchandise enforcing a warehouse lien against Space Goat Productions.

Gamerati, which offers services for crowdfunding, marketing, and logistics (including warehousing and order fulfillment), announced the sale on its website, in accordance with Washington state law, to recover $6,000 associated with warehousing and shipping products associated with Evil Dead 2: The Official Board Game Kickstarter (see “'Evil Dead 2' Comes to Tabletop”) and Evil Dead 2 comics (see “First 'Evil Dead 2' Collection”).


The auction will be held on October 3 at 11 AM at the Gamerati Warehouse.
Space Goat launched a crowdfunded equity raise in May (see “Space Goat Kicks Off Crowdfunded Equity Raise”), but the page has since been taken down.

Per RCW 62A.7-210, Gamerati is enforcing a warehouse lien against Space Goat Productions. As such, we will be holding a public auction of the following product:

Evil Ed Signed Card (Signed by Actor): List Price $70.00 (6 copies)
Necronomicon Ex-Mortis Poster Print (Poster / Game Reference): List Price $15.00 (338 copies)
Evil Dead 2 The Board Game – Cabin Dice (Set of 2; signed & numbered): List Price $100.00 (261 copies)

his auction is to recover $6,000 associated with warehousing and shipping of various products associated with the Evil Dead 2: The Official Board Game Kickstarter, plus accruing storage and any/all other expenses related.

WHAT OPTIONS YOU HAVE TO BID ON THE AUCTION

(1) You (or your representative) can show up at our warehouse next Wednesday and bid on the product. If your bid is successful, you can take control of the product once payment has cleared.

(2) You can email a blind bid. If your bid is successful, we will make payment arrangements and, once payment has cleared, you can take control of the product.

TAKING CONTROL OF THE PRODUCT

Assuming your bid (see above) is successful, you have two options:

(1) You can pick the product up at our warehouse.

(2) We can ship the product to you, at your expense.

BLIND EMAIL BIDDING

Send an email to [e-mail] with the MAXIMUM AMOUNT you are willing to bid for the product.

Gamerati employees will act as proxies during the auction for anyone submitting a blind bid via email.

If your bid is higher than any other blind email bids, or any bids made in person, you will pay the amount submitted in your bid.

EXAMPLE

(1) Bids open and person A (on site) bids $6,000 for the product. $6,000 is currently the winning bid.

(2) A blind bid for $7,000 exists. $7,000 is currently the winning bid.

(3) Person A does not bid higher than $7,000.

(4) No other people bid (on site).

(5) No other blind bids exist.

(6) The product will be ‘sold’ to the blind bidder for $7,000.
