I was just thinking the other day that Red Wolf was a pretty good comic in the 70's. Normally, I don't care about Cowboys or Indians, but I really liked an issue of Red Wolf that I owned. I can't even remember why. I pretty much agree with him on everything.

I talked to Roy at a con in the Mid 90's. He is a smart guy. He got too much heat because a lot of people saw him as Stan Lee's stooge, which he didn't deserve that label at all.

I never felt that way. I've always held his work in high regard. I felt that many of the 70's writers, including him, took Stan Lee's Marvel universe to a higher level. |
