I'd say it's mismanaged. They promoted diversity and their core audience was ignored.

Their core audience was comic book fans that grew up and had kids.

If I had kids, I would not be letting them watch TV shows with sexual themes.

They also do a poor job of promoting their network.

They needed to rebrand to a name more memorable.

They needed to be relevant beyond their brand.

There are so many things done wrong.
